I've always wanted to learn how to create steampinkshizzle
But therefore I need to order steampunk parts and I don't have the money for it,
and my mom doesn't want me to order online so

that's pretty pity

Well, what you can do is ask family and friends for any old watches and check thrift stores for them as well. If there is a watch repair shop you can get to, you could ask if they would give you any parts they would otherwise toss or have sitting around.
Dollar stores sometimes have clocks and you can use the hands from them and the copper wire found inside. The gears are plastic but could be painted.
Hardware stores sometimes have neat bits too!
See what you can get for free and then shop around locally. At least it's a start! :D (Big Grin)
