in my school they've started making us write three line papers every day on a topic the teacher chooses, one for every class. i have 8 classes a day, but thankfully three of them are art
other than that, i started wtiting a story about a month ago and haven't gotten back to it

writing only really sucks if your not interested in the topic... other then that its really fun (for me)
