it was beginning to get dark. About 6:27; to be exact. Adrian liked being out at this time, people were usually inside eating, or something of the other. Point was their usually wasn't too many people around and he liked that. It was the best time to run errands or possibly just go for a walk.
Walking along the side walk quietly, he kept his head down and his hands in the pocket of his sweater. Since it was getting to be pretty cold. Then he looked up and noticed this other also walking, in the other direction. He didn't say anything, until whilst walking past him his arm bumped into him. He quickly shot his head up and looked back, swallowing.

⚡️. he’d finally gotten a lead to the whereabouts of a fledgling supervillain- one by the codename of ’parasite-‘ and so help him god, he was going to do this himself. even if it meant lying to his father and bribing a friend to claim they were playing overwatch together...

⚡️. a little blinking dot on the map on the back of his gloves showed him his destination- and another tracked his own location. soon, the two were close to colliding- and that meant his next action was to wait.
⚡️. from a ledge about seven feet off the ground, he watched as a figure came down through the opposite direction he came in through. he was just about to aim, throw one of his smoke bomb / paint ball hybrids, when...
⚡️. he slipped, and came crashing down. the smoke bomb crashed halfway between the two, and rather than took attention off of him, drew it straight towards him.
⚡️. sure, cyan and chartreuse was great when you’re supposed to be a diversion-causing graffiti artist/superhero combo.
⚡️. not so good for blending in with the greys and browns of the new york alleyways. he stuck out like a sore thumb, even as he pressed his back as close to the nearest wall as possible.

then smile. i repeat: the risk i took was calculated, but boy am i bad at mathi. there's confidence in the way he walks, his head held high with hands clasped comfortably behind his back - he's not alone, accompanied by a playful blonde that held onto his arm and every word he said.
ii. they appear like any couple one would see passing by, until they got close enough to show off a certain peculiarity: a purple tint to the her irises, caused, not by contacts, but instead by the son of a villain infamously known as the purple man (a nickname given for good reason).
iii. as their "date" neared its end, adrien decided he would walk the woman home. the gesture itself seemed nice, although it was really just an excuse to get her in a familiar environment before making her forget their night together, and the brunet himself.
iv. when a colorful, obviously heroic figure falls in their path, however, it becomes clear that his plan might need some tweaking.

vi. when she obliges, he jogs down the alleyway, snatching up the bomb and studying it. he then forces it inside his messenger bag, now free of distraction and able to question whoever had come to subdue him." well, color me impressed. "

iii. as the jolt shoots through him, adrien stands still, composed; though on the inside, he's worried that he might be next, unsure of the younger's pain tolerance and how that same zap would affect him. still, he had to keep his cool demeanor, and very seldom did he like to drop it, especially when dealing with a possible victim or foe." ... i'm sorry, you're what? chapter four: i’m kinkshaming adrien thompson.
⚡️. isaac makes a rather loud eep noise as he’s grabbed, bringing a hand up to grab onto adrien’s forearm in response. his grip is rather weak compared to adrien’s own.
⚡️. he wants to kick, or scream, or do something of the like to get himself free, but he’s just... frozen. the weight of the situation had set in hard. he could be dead within minutes.
⚡️. instead, he stomps on the ground a few times, a small whimper escaping him.
