Yeah sure!
I don't use a traditional art tablet, but I have a Samsung Galaxy S2
I use MediBang Paint which you can download from the app store! MediBang Paint Pro costs money but the free version I use is still great!
As for other media, I'm kinda all over the place with that. Really I just go to the google play store and browse some art apps until I find one that looks useful. MediBang's still the main one though!
