I see you ask all to ask permission to cosplay as your art. And I also see the sailor moon ones are not open to cosplaying (or were not open to it in 2014) due to a ruling on your country. Has that changed?
I would love to do a cosplay based on your art. More so referencing it then replicating it. Is this okay? It would not be spot on and would be just color based then anything.

I just wanted to let you know that a group of cosplayers are using your designs and although they have given you credit they don't seem to have asked you for permission to use your designs? The main cosplayer is named Stella Chuu and I would suggest you contact her if you do not want her cosplaying your designs in the US.

Id like to point out something tho the Sailor moon characters you drew are owned by Naoko Takeuchi and not exactly you so legally they are allowed to cosplay it if they want to because only Naoko Takeuchi can deny use of any of her Characters

I was asked by also some other cosers, mainly the ones in PRC (that's where I live) , had to refuse them because of the recent PRC anti-internet-"porn" campaign (which is super silly and pointless imo), so...for the sake of fairness I guess I'm left with no choice but to say sorry to you m(_ _)m

If I were to make something BASED on your artwork, would that technically be ok? Say a different design for Sailor Jupiter that isn't lingerie?
