El Mirage is one of my favorite photo spots (nearly all of my desert photos are taken in or around the dry lake) as with all of the Mohave Desert. I plan on getting back to Death Valley one of these days (I went there as a child and before I began photography, but I remember it vividly). Landscapes are one of my great passions, since I live in Los Angeles proper, I need that escape now and again and the areas North-East of here are such a contrast to the concrete scenery I see daily. I see that you live in New York... also one of my favorite places... Manhattan... Now there is a City! I have so many more (and much better) photographs that I would like to upload, but they are mostly on slide and transparency films and I haven't a slide capable scanner yet... anyway...

Thanks for your comment on 'Storms Over' I appreciate it muchly! It was just plain old print film iso100 in an old point and click camera from years ago. I gave it a bit of a clean up in ps7...so it does look a little like infared film.
