Well, it seems I have finally obeyed Manowar and blown my speakers. Or speaker, as such. Luckily, I never move house without a spare set or two.

Sometimes, you can be too prepared...

True, how very, very true.

You still listen to all your odd excuses for music?

Goodness me, it takes you almost a week to recognise the unhidden and obvious. Tsk.

Busted indeed...there aren't many other fans of Stephen Fry with a predilection for large calibre naval gunfire or ongoing interests in late nineteen eighties developments in softwar...actually, there are probably a couple of others.

Thank you for the welcome, John. This is intended as primarily a place of pernicious poetry and pseudo-Proustian prose.

Why, thank you. Have be meaning to get on here for some time, but never got around to it until recent school holidays.
But that has had the effect of a large backlog of things to put here being present.

I must say that the indicator of quixocity (not to be confused with Quixo City, a small Peruvian haven for eccentrics known for its fine cabbage views, llama spinning and coveted irony desposits) is most satisfactory in its appearence. Not on a level with the eternal 'ack' smilie, but certainly out there. Reminds me of Dean Moriarty after a few bottles of the cheap stuff...I drink of Dean Moriarty, I drink off Dean Moriarty, I sink off Dean Moriarty.

We now return you to Sumeria 971.

Wouldn't life be so much more interesting with real mice connected to computers?

Well, the snakes think so.
