Nothing at the moment actually. 

However I would like to use this background img15.deviantart.net/fb00/i/20… for commercial purposes in the future . 

Is there a fee??

Also what are the rules for the other premade backgrounds and planet stock?

My planets are all mine. So you can use them in your work for free as long as you provide a link to your work for me to see and give me credit for it.

Some of what I've done is actually work combining other's photography. Not all, but some. This one is one of those. So I can't give permission for use for commercial purposes. I'm sorry.
