no it's really easy once you get the hang of it. there are a lot of meatless options and meat replacements. fake burger meat, fake ground meat, fake deli meats, and they don't taste so bad either. ;D

you can use tofu and stores have started to carry brands like Boca and Quorn. they make fake hamburger meat, fake ground beef, fake chicken, hot dogs, pretty much everything. if you can't find them at local stores you can sometimes buy them online also but it's more expensive.

you can eat tofu by itself or buy the fake meats. i buy them at HEB but i live in texas so i don't think they have those anywhere else but health food stores and whole foods. stuff like that. hope that helps! the flavor is good. it won't taste just like meat but it's really good.

hi! sorry to reply so late. i haven't been on in months!
i only have one vegetarian friend actually! haha. my husband is vegetarian as well. not too many people are vegetarian where i'm from.
