I've been reading The Sandman since SAI, I love it so much, really really really, strongly suggest it. I have also read Maus, I loved that too. Then I read Stardust and that was awesome...yeah!

I've been seeing Preludes and Nocturnes everywhere, it must be a sign. I've been meaning to read Maus forever too. LaG has a pretty good graphic novel section in their library (not as great as I hoped, though) So maybe I'll start reading those during free period. I haven't had much time to read lately but at least graphic novels are quick.
Bone is amazing, but I'm worried that Jeff Smith won't be able to surpass it. He did a mini-series about Marvel Man recently, and the art was great, but the plot and jokes... meh. Just meh.
It's kind of hard to describe LaG... its such a huge school that you could ask two different people who go there and get completely different perspectives. I thought it would be more like SAI, but not everyone is as dedicated. Some people are amazing, though. It's easier once clubs start, and you can find people with the same interests and such.

Anyhoo, it's kind of hard at my school, we have those test prep things and all those high school things, so it's annoying, so I'm glad I know some people that go there.

By the way! I just watched a movie you might like. It's called Memento, and it's about a man with short-term memory loss. He knows who he is, but he can't remember anyone he meets or what he does after his accident. He has to take pictures and get tattoos to remind himself what's going on. The cool part is that all the scenes are in reverse chronological order, so that you're as clueless as the main character as to what happened in the past. The whole this is very artistic, using color and black-and-white and such.
I also watched 2001 recently. Weirdest mind-trip I ever took -- but it's famous for a reason. Have you ever seen it?
(No, I haven't seen Psycho yet. Shame on me... it's so on my list tho!)

I have never seen that movie, but I've heard of it. Now I have a recommendation, so I have to see it. Nor have I seen 2001. But I have been watching Hitchcock nonstop, I suggest The Lady Vanishes, apart from Psycho and Rear Window that's my favorite.
I have some questions about LaG, but I can't think of them right now. I am working on my portfolio right now, and I'm still not done with that damn watercolor from SAI!!
