Same here about trying to keep myself busy and not into a dark place mentally. However some days get me that I just sleep all day. Also we had to deal with a few floods as well so I have no time to draw or work on my computer because of all of the thunderstorms.
Im doing the same with groups but I feel like my motivation is so low recently that I barely have energy to make a sketch or a sentence.
Or I get energy at like 5am > A<
