Don't blame you... shit, everyone makes dropping a new engine in sound SO goddamn easy. I wish I still had my flathead in my car. It takes forever and a lot of cash to get that done.
If it was a 215 I'd think about getting rid of it, but the 235's are solid inline motors. And you can even hop them up with all sorts of cool shit like dual point distributors, dual two-barrel offenhauser intakes and splitting your exhast manifold and running some duals with Smithies. And gas mileage is bettter!
