I got such a random idea but I can't draw worth sh*t. anyways here's my idea, I figured you can draw awesome comics, I really think you should make skinners into a full comic book and get someone to publish it, you draw well and the story is good. Ok, the story starts off with a guy (let's call him Guy, lol I apparently can't make up good names either) that's in a band that tries really hard to make it and eventually gets signed to a record deal(that alone could be like 10 pages, or just skip that and make 2 pages to get to the good part of the story,) this turns Guy and his friends into stars all over the world (I know it's farfetched already but if you like the idea u can make the story however you want, like however they become famous, open mike night and them impressing a big name in the industry, or like 8 mile style where they work hard for money to make a demo after trying to make a free demo and getting screwed over.) But anyways Guy and his band is at one of their concerts and Guy gets a fan mail that's unlike any other, a ruby, and a message that tells him not to play one of their hit songs since it hurts whoever sent the letter's feelings or something like that. (I haven't gotten far in this story I just have a vague idea.) So Guy gives the ruby to the drummer because Guy just got too freaked out. During the concert, the band plays the song anyways and the Ruby gets active, rips out of the pocket of the drummer, flies through the air and hits the back of Guy's neck. Guy slowly turns into a fox, or wutever anthro thingy you feel like, just make sure he's like life size. But anyways by the end of the show everyone in the audience and band think this is just a cool gimic but turns out to be permanent. After a few shows the audience and the band realize this is not a gimic and they have a were-fox freak in the band who can't sing and has trouble playing the guitar with claws and stuff. So the band kick the new were-fox Guy out of the band. Guy then is left on his own to figure out how to get this ruby out of his neck to become his self again as well as try and cope with the werefox that might be permanent. He'll have to relearn how to sing and play the guitar, also, he'll have to find out who actually sent him this cursed ruby. It could be like a story of Guy trying to find himself and who he truly is. He'll get support from his best friend, the drummer and I don't know, it could turn into a series or something if you really have the time.(that's another factor in why I haven't tried making a comic book, but mainly because I can't draw worth sh*t) Well that's basically what I got so far, please send me a message on what you think of it at Andrugolf@hotmail.com, if you need anymore ideas for this story or for a new one just message me. I've just been looking for a cool comic book artist across deviantart and I think you basically got that style ppl can relate to, I mean like the way you draw is quite kewl, I wish I could draw like that. Well, enjoy the story, it's not much and it might be all over the place but, ya, have fun making it if you want to.
