Great resource, I would probably use it.
However, I would like to clarify something first. Your terms of use, although seemingly clear and concise, in fact raise some doubts.
Do you allow using these textures in CC-licensed art?
Commercial use is allowed, but selling and redistributing of any content is not permitted - if I understand correctly, it is forbidden to redistribute textures, but what about derivative works? It is possible to separate texture from some artworks - so would it be understood as redistribution?
Could I sell my artwork which comprise these textures?
Do you require attribution?
It would be great, if you could dispel doubts in your terms and conditions.

You can put them in your artwork.By redistributing and reselling I mean putting them somewhere else on the web or sell them on their own.If you do some render or art you are wellcome to put them in there.
In near future I'll rewrite whole terms section so it is clear and easy to understand.
(If you could mention our site in your work somewhere it would be of course much appreciate.)
