I've never been to Cryptic actually. Joined the COH team after the game, ip, and entire staff were acquired by NCsoft. We're know as Paragon Studios these days--no actual connection with Cryptic.

Oh! That makes sense. I forgot about all that. Cryptic is doing Champions online and Star Trek online now I believe? Pardon my confusion. City of Heroes was my favorite MMO back in the day, I haven't played it since 'Villains' came out (no time for MMO's these days), seeing all your art makes me want re-install it though haha!

Well, you know that we went free-to-play, right? And that there's a new 5-min. downloader? It couldn't be easier or cheaper to play, and if you've played before, that means you'd be a Premium player, with certain things already unlocked for you on the Rewards table. I'm busy with work and a 2-year old, but I play the game solo, in small bite-sized chunks, and it works great for me.

I think you may have sold me...Haha! My little brother still plays it a lot so I know it's still fun. Which makes me happy, I liked it way more than WoW back in the day.
