I'll try, but there are others out there better that me, Don't be afraid to ask how people created their deviations, even if only 1 in 100 answer it's still worth it.

I've question and i read FAQ but can't find anything..
why when i submited (something) it doesn't appears on my featured deviations or recent deviations? i don't undertstand it...

Sometimes it takes a little while, had that happen to me. when I looked the next day it was there.

It might be that there are so many things being posted it takes a little time to update everyone? well that's my theory (which could be wrong).
There are some admin people, I think though I'm not sure, they have a @ in front of their user id instead of a ~.
