vielen dank für den tip! ist mir bisher noch gar nicht in den sinn gekommen
sollte vielleicht mal ein journal eintrag auch übers equipment machen, da gibt es so einiges

das ganze zubehör und spezielle zutaten habe ich mir (teilweise sehr aufwändig) ergoogelt. einige zutaten, die  beispielsweise in DE oder bei dir einfacher erhältlich sind, musste ich im ausland bestellen oder lernen sie selbst zu machen. hab mir also das meiste selbst beigebracht, was aber unglaublich viel spass macht. 

ums mal abzukürzen: ich werde definitiv mal eine liste mit dem start-equipment posten

Spitze, mach das bitte falls du mal Zeit hast. Ganz jungfräulich bin ich eh nicht, letztes Jahr zu Weihnachten gabs Pralinen statt Geschenke für Freunde & Familie (und super viel Lob dafür :3 ). Allerdings bin ich trotz googlen, ordentlich vorbereiten und ausprobieren nicht ganz glücklich mit dem Ergebnis gewesen.
