Just asking when you mean by traced art, would it mean like, if you take a screenshot of a scene in Pandora hearts and then trace it to make a lineart, its not allowed?

Yeah, traced art means taking a screencap or a manga scan and drawing over it. That's not allowed, nor is coloring manga scans, or even heavily referencing poses or things from the official artworks

Hello~ Does anyone know where I can find the translation of the 2nd Pandora Hearts drama cd? or any of the other cd's, I managed to find the 1st (The Nightmare of Vessalius Academy) and the one that came with vol16 (Retrace: 42.5 A SIDE EPISODE OF Unbirthday)
, I want more Pandora Hearts~ I REALLY want them to make a second season ><
I've read all the English manga(2+times), watched the anime and omake, heard 2 and a 1/2 of the Drama Cd's.. Anything else I can see/read for this AMAZING show?

Hi! Yes, it can be scanned in, as long as it's your own art and it can't be qualified as "sketchy"! And yes, it has to have at least one pandora hearts character in it.
