Likeshine, if I had done something based on one of /his/ characters, I'd have a new asshole for it. Secondly, I've had quite a few references to him being a jackass.
THIRDLY - I have said that if I speak to HIM and clear this up, I'll stick my paw in my mouth - unfortunately, he hasn't made any attempt to approach me yet. It seems a bit fishy to me. Right now I want this straightened out.

As it stands, this sort of thing damages /my/ reputation as an artist. (Because I'm the unpopular one, people now also see me as unoriginal and therefor have no reason to buy my art - and I can use $$ badly with my school situation).

I have nothing against you - just that I keep getting approached by his fans and not himself, and it's getting sort of irritating.

I never told 04 to take down the artwork, so you need to get your story straight there. I was irritated about the idea that everyone seemed to take him for, and excuse my netspeak: "Teh Original".

You can tell this Koh, 04, Cujo -- whatever you want to call him, that it's safe to talk to me. I'm willing to hear /his/ end of the story from /HIM/ - not you. If I'm going to stick my foot in my mouth, it'll be then and only then, got it?

Secondly, copying my idea is not violating a copyright. I'm aware of that, rainbow.

Also, I'm not a bastard - I was born several years into my parents' marriage. I AM out quite often. I get maybe one or two hours to myself a day due to college, work, and the travel thereinbetween.
Oh, and being emotional isn't a bad thing. It depends on how you treat your emotions. i.e I make sure I at least /attempt/ to find the whole story before bitching and whining at people. You won't even read half a post I write before you start flipping out like the goddamn looney toon tasmanian devil.
So yes - buzz off. You're not important to me in this, nor are you helping either him or I. If that link you posted to me was honestly his, then link me to it, or point me to him so I can speak with him. I'm not hard to get along with if you confront me in a polite manner, regardless of whether or not I intended to start the conversation politely or not.
