The only stitch I really use is a tight zig-zag stitch (called a satin stitch, so its easy to look up guides and tutorials!). Interfacing the back of the fleece with a stiffer interfacing helps a LOT with feeding the fleece through smoothly

A moment i thought that the pic was made in a castle or so because of the window design, but it is more likely that you are overviewing the street through your front door window.

bobs work is having some party or something on the 3rd. it involves massive amounts of fireworks, or so i hear. as for the 4th, i usually just spend it with bob and steve, but now steve has a girlfriend so i dont know if the four of us will do something or just me and bob. we usually spend the day making sushi, then eat it while watching fireworks. its a tradition.

I know we were considering going to see Splice if you'd want to come. Glad to hear you are getting out though! Where are you going to see fireworks with Sushi??? o.O

we usually just walk up the hill to unc and watch it outside the stadium (or from the ledge of a building
yeah i havent done jack shit. actually, i did buy a lot of supplies recently and ive been researching/contemplating construction methods. i just havent gotten to the hands on stuff until earlier this weekend. but really if i had to, i could probably get both costumes done in less than a month. im not worried.

Splice is this alien...mutation whatever movie. It looks interesting enough. That's quite the walk! But I imagine the fireworks are worth it. I haven't actually seen the UNC fireworks in a few years...I used to go out to the barn to watch from the roof but after a few bad years and all the light pollution now I gave up. Might see if he wants to go out and watch, so if you guys want company give me a call ^^
So basically you need me to come over and kick you in the butt to get you working on things? XD

yeah i imagine the light has made it difficult over the years. ive been noticing even here has the pink/purple clouds that look so pretty (but i know theyre just full of pollution). chico had a lot of that (and a lot of city light) since we were in the valley.
