Funny enough... I didn't figure out that myself until just a few days ago xD
You need to save the picture under the category of "DeviantArt Related -> DA IDs"
Then go into profile options, and where it says DA image or something like that, and then you can chose from between the pics that have been categorized as an DA ID.
