I can only recommend these books it was inspired from, on approx page 50-70 you'll ask yourself (for the first time, and it's a rough one) if you shall read it any further... it is... hard... like a mountain trial almost, hard to climb sometimes, but thus the sight makes it all woth it, thus the beauty is that much more... tangible (I find this word very useful when describing the feeling it gives me)
