Unfortunately:
1) The programs I use aren't compaitble with MMD. MMD also requires rigging/bones, and rigging is something I find too difficult to do.
2) The costume is very complex, way more than anything I've made
While I do request, this is out of my league. I apologize.

I do requests (for free), but it generally depends on a lot of factors (if its something I can do, if I'm not doing anything at the moment, I find the request interesting, my current mood, etc).
