I'm guessing his sword is made out of some pretty tough metal since he uses it all the time and at his time period there's no way its light so I just guessed based on how it looked, I thought it may have been a mixture of bronze an iron. Which both are not light in large quantities, so the sword at its lightest could be about 1 ton.
