I hold art auctions, so there is inconsistency of price range. But just to give you an idea, my art ranges from 10-30 Billion Gaia Gold at the moment. But, everything would depend on how complicated your request will be.

Ah, I recommend Unipin (ceciliafrid.com/wp-content/upl… ) for inking. They are water and fade proof felt technical pens, also, it works in any kind of paper. I usually get the 0.20 pen tip, because it's easy to manipulate and I can produce any point with that pen. For starters, you can buy different points so you can compare the lines they produce and pick whatever you are comfortable with.
As for the paper I use.. They don't have it on the net. But, it's a Kooh-I-Noor sketchpad (A4-Brown Paper). It has rough texture but the Unipin goes well with it.
