The piece is open to interpretation, some people think it's about gay marriage, some people think its about guns, some people think it's about rainbow haired lesbians lol, it's whatever you want it to be, i don't really mind.
I do have my own interpretation though, of course that doesn't mean it should change anyone's opinions. I'm a really cliche artist in a sense that every little icon and detail is a message, a hint. To me, i made this with American politics in mind, and i gave a bit of a clue to it in my message and the american symbols in the piece. I kept reading articles about Republicans and Democrats, Liberals vs. Conservatives, etc. All over the news. So, each girl represents one of those. America, in my opinion, is split in two parties with pretty much the same basic ideals yet still in conflict. This idea of a need to be together and one is portrayed with the gentleness of their facial expressions, trusting closed eyes and intimate actions, because they're close--- yet the act of them coming together is for some reason unheard of (why can't we just all get along 
And the white planes represent peace and surrender, floating around them coming from a globe of white that's slowly disintegrating. Wonder what that symbolizes?
Well that's what I had in mind, again it's however you see it.

Can I ask you something? 
I got a stock from a resource pack on a gfx website. If I use the stock only as a reference, meaning it's not in the PSD file, must I get a permission from the creator/compiler of the stock and give them credit in my dA submission? Or must I only provide a link to the resource pack in my submission? or no need for all of that? I got the stock from a resource pack in a gfx website..

if the work you're making is commercial art, that is going to be sold for profit, advertisement or given to a company, you need the permission of the original creator. If not, if it's just a personal piece, then because you got it from a resource pack, you could just mention that you used a reference. its up to you, if your work was heavily based off it, and would be unbelievably otherwise, then mention it or link the reference.
