wanted to thank you for the advice you gave on not ending all the shapes inside the canvas. I remembered which piece it was said about, but not who said it- fortunately i had it in storage. anyway, it was last september. "his room disorder". I consider your advice often when i'm painting- it's now a pillar in what i do. thanks

wow thankyou meghana. I couldn't submit it as a print because it is too small in width. (It is 4 inches instead of 6) so i am not selling any. But if you are really interested i could upload the image somewhere for download that you could print for free... and i thought i was watching you... I thought i was watching alot of poeple but I don't know what happened.
i think you would like this guy so you should click on thim and go through his older paintings (the summer sessions) and then you should say Dan was right! Holy hell!! and damn!

Ah, thanks so much for the comment... I love long, thought-out, constructive remarks like that. Makes me feel like my work's appreciated.

The camera was actually a relic of a digital camera; this really really old, cheap Fujifilm thing my friend owns (used to be mine). I took the ones of the boy throwing that rock thing in the air (the bottom one), and my friend Donnie took the one of that kid walking up to the guitar-playing drug dealer (me being the kid). Anyways, thanks again, and SWEET JESUS your work is amazing. I'm going to be back to comment after a smoke break. (and sorry about all the parenthesis, I use them loosely).
