# About me

I'm a guy who likes to draw for fun. I am not a professional, but it is a great hobby of mine that I enjoy doing.

In 3rd grade I grew up drawing stick figures. The best I could have done was to draw a stick body with squiggle hair.

I have come a long way from my stick figure drawings. Now I know how to draw, but I don’t claim to be the best artist.

I really like your artwork. When it comes to history class in the US, most teachers only talk about Ancient Greece. Not much about the Byzantine Empire except for Greek Fire.

Same everywhere. Even in Greece there isn't much attention diverted to Byzantium. It is taught in a very stale manner. Which is a petty, considering it is a great source of stories, and civilization with really unique aesthetics.

The Byzantine Cataphract isn’t really as famous as the French Knight or the Japanese Samurai. My favorite breastplate is the one made out of lamellar called Mirror armor.
