Hey thanks for reading up my journal entry about my recent Epilogue incident, lol. Yeah, I'm just really sick and tired of people talking about "the best of art" when it's nothing more then their biased opinions of using highly detailed eye candy to promote their site and themselves... it's not an art site, it's like a promotional site which they use other people's images for their own benefit.... Eh feck them I say, lol. Anyway, thanks again for that reply about it, glad to hear that there are others out there that share in my thoughts of that site.

Thanks for your nice comment on "Just a girl". Indeed I never try to "copy" a reference photo, I really use it just as a reference. And of course the result doesn't look 100 percent photo-realistical, but this isn't my intention. A drawing should look like a drawing and not like a photo. And yes your're right with the eyes they look a bit different, still I love this piece for its strong threedimensional touch and the rhough shading. If you want to see a more photo-realistical piece, wait for my newest Matrix-inspired drawing. It'll take a while and I don't know when it'll be finished, but it's worth to wait 4. By and thanX again.
