I checked into it. That part of Primal Perry is 31 seconds long. The animations that I make are usually less than 5 seconds long, or 10 seconds in extreme cases. 31 seconds is just too long.
Also, on my copy of the episode, the Disney Channel popped up ads on the bottom part of the picture. They're very distracting.
