OMG that's excruciatingly painful, do take enough bed rest - try Madhivala Liniment oil for local application - it's really good

The pain has subsided.. It happened a month ago.. But I've been told to keep resting.. Feeling okay and being in bed is annoying..

disc prolapse.. bed rest for 3 mths... and only 1 is over now.. and since the pain has all subsided, it's hard to stay in bed and do nothing! sighh... it's a long story, but i cant be bothered to type it up..

I always do... It never gets completed.. And the new list would have items added on.. But tht wouldnt get completed either.. It's a cycle... I miss when I used to do my own shopping.. :/

I did online shopping twice.. hubby complained cos he had to go and get the stuff even though they promised to deliver to doorstep.. -_- And tht was further away when compared to the stores...

We're already close to the hospital.. we want to move out of this house cos.... well, we got issues with the house.. it's increasing our medical expenses.. -_- so we need to move and we finally got one.. we get the keys on the 20th and we move on the 21st.. our furniture and stuff can follow later..

it's a ridiculous house with fungus growing all over the wall and i ended up with in inside my lungs and had lung infections tht went on for weeks and weeks and now tht im in the new place, its magically disappeared.. ^_^ i had eye issues too.. everything solved... im so much happier now..

our furniture arrived in the evening, so we didnt have to sleep on the floor.. but we did have to sit around on mats on the floor the whole day..

Yea, I do feel much better now.. And since this house allows for natural light to enter, it keeps my moods good too.. something tht rarely happened in the other house.. and since hubby barely has time to bring me out... and it's a new place with me struggling with the local language, it's not exactly a good idea for me to roam around on my own.. though i did make friends with a couple of ppl who know my native language.. ^_^

Sitting still was something the guys did.. the ladies were busy.. plus, my back was starting to hurt, so I was lying down quite a bit.. :/
