Hmmm... I've never done this sort of thing before... but I guess I can give it a shot
You might need to help me out a bit though. What kind of drawing do you want? Like, what kind of characters/series would you like me to deal with? The more details you can give, the more comfortable I'll be knowing that I'm drawing something worthwhile, so if you have something specific in mind, I'd love to hear it

Tech E Coyote in the cape he wore in episode 3 with Danger Duck, just got electric shocked, his body is grittier and skinnier looking at Tech frustratingly, and Tech is standing, very proud of himself.

But first, one last question:
Do you want for me to try and incorporate some kind of reason as to why/how Duck got electrocuted, or are you just interested in having just the two of them looking the way you described without an explanation? If it's cool, I was thinking of putting them around the training room (Duck coming out all charred up and Tech looking smug around a control panel.) If you don't want a story, or have something else different in mind, that's cool too
