I'm a amateur photographer specializing in event, re-enactment,steampunk, fetish,BDSM photography. simply ask them. Some will and some won't. Don't go for the "I wanna shoot you naked" right off as it makes you look creepy. Before even any of that, take out your camera and use it, play with it, get to know it. ANYONE can take a photo, but to take a IMAGE takes time and practice. I'm not that good at it yet so I I keep practicing and learning.

EXACTLY. It's good to know someone with some experience backs up what I thought. I have been doing that. And I would never just come out and ask "can I shoot you nude." I also wanna shoot women to learn form for drawing and painting. It's so much better to have one in front of you.
