Yeah she did. She made a profile at this site and posted two icons that didn't belong to her, clamming they were hers. The were made by an artist here on DA who didn't give her permission to use them or post them on an icon site for public use. That's called art theft. Here is the site she posted them on: [link]

... are you dense? That's not even the issue here. The issue is that she posted them on a site OUTSIDE of DA without the artist's permission. The artist has no problem with people using them on DA but she specifically states that she doesn't want anyone to post them for outside use. As far as where your friend states that their hers, the icon site implies it by labeling them as "Icons by hinata567". Hopefully you understand at this point why she violated copyright law. However if you don't, then this is the end of our conversation because I don't want to continue arguing pointlessly with you.
