I like the country of Germany, but I can't speak German. Really sad!

Haha, I live in America. I'm in my third year of German in high school, actually. I really like your English, I find it cute. I understand you, but I think it's funny how you put things, not to be offensive. Though, you speak better English than I do Japanese! I can't speak any!
German is a fun language, very easy to learn if you already speak English.

Yes, it is! I have a Japanese friend who lived there for the first three years of his life, his mother is also fully Japanese. He can speak it but says it's really confusing. He says that there are many different dialects.

The better you know English, the easier German will be.

You have a Japanese friend? It's wonderful! Japanese language has so many dialects as he says. The southern and northern tip of Japan, dialects are more getting difficult.
But I like diversity in one language. Dialects in Japanese are generally friendly than standard Japanese language.
