What - no inspiration?   Now that's bad. I've got so much stuff I want to do and so many ideas on what to draw - but 99% of the time I think it's beyond my reach in terms of drawing/painting capabilities OR I don't start doing it because it looks way too time-consuming. Hope you get the idea for your next drawing soon /fingers crossed.

What stinks for me is that sometimes I get this cool idea then start sketching it but it doesn't turn out alright so I resketch and edit it until eventually I get distracted by a youtube video and lose interest/inspiration. Rn I'm just trying to work on my anatomy and hoping I get something from that. XD And thanks! I'll probably post a drawing I did a while back but never bothered to post cuz it was meant to be a speedpaint. rip lol

Uhoh, I know that situation. Read about the 'inner critic' and find ways to turn him (or her if you prefer that) into a helpful friend / trainer instead. If you draw something accept that this is what you can do at the moment. Try to analyze what's wrong with the picture but don't blame you or make you feel bad about it. Every artist startet out trying stuff and wasn't 'perfect' right from the start. Start a new drawing and try to remember what went wrong in the last one and then try to do better in the current drawing. I stopped drawing from imagination at the moment and rather look for references to get around some 'anatomy barriers'. Do you know the book "The drawing Lesson" by Mark Crilley? It's a comic about learning to draw. Now don't give me that look - it's really great!

Oh, cool! That's some amazing advice! I'll be sure to turn them into my helpful little friend :3 And honestly, I don't like reading as much as a normal person (which is probably why I draw) I'm that person that flips through books for pictures before reading it XD So it's cool there's a comic out there about learning to draw.

With series I mean the 3 images showing the process from the sketch to the final painting. Not sure if people find this interesting but I still wanted to point it out as you tagged the 2nd image as favourite and not the final one, which kinda puzzled me. Oh! That is SO cool! I love seeing the process of peoples art. Like how a few lines and shapes can become the most beautiful piece. I liked the 2nd one because that's the only one that showed up on the deviant art page as far as I looked. You are a VERY talented artist! You don't get as much recognition as you deserve. I hope eventually people will start to see you and admire your talent as much as I do!
