Ah, so you hadn't even known it was related to dA when you saw it, then. I will pass the word on to shinga for you, since she might not know her own comic ended up on ED (doesn't surprise me). She was notified by someone else who saw you post it, and so to them it looked as though you had taken it from her actual deviant art page.
