Google it and find folks that say taste more like old elk (elk is jummy, but "old elk", dunno). He say someone else says it taste like chicken. But it's an old "joke". Few things I know really taste like chicken, even if some folks say it taste like chicken, heck, google horse and you may even find someone who say it taste like chicken, I assure you, it taste nothing like chicken.
