It's easy! Just submit your.GIF file in the Digital Art >> Animation catagory. I MUST be a .GIF -- I'm pretty sure that's the only animated format supported by NORMAL DA. If you're a serious annimator, try to apply for DA's animation account. I'm pretty sure you can find that pretty easily in the FAQs. Hope that helps.

Artists have lives: and they usually like to be compensated for work they do outside of their personal projects.
Points are deviantart's way to handle money. For the picture, I added a 50% discount to my regular request price because it is a character of my creation. If you had, idk, an mlp OC you wanted me to draw for you, I'd charge you different (except for sketches- they're FREE).
In total, a Sugimori style KwanKing would cost around 2 USD, unless you only want a sketch of it, then it's FREE. But if you want a sketch, I'd challenge you to see what you can do, work that creative muscle.
Another way to get it FREE is to do a trade: You draw something I want, I draw Kwanking.
Sorry, I'd do it for FREE anyways, but I've been having a lot of school work recently... Still, You'll find that I charge A LOT LESS than other deviants around here!
