# About me

I have always loved art but I didn't really become serious about it until high school. I graduated from Furman University in May 2011 as a Studio Art major with a heavy dose of Art History classes. There, as a liberal arts college, I dabbled in a lot of media, but focused on oil painting and drawing.

In 2009, I had the opportunity to study art abroad for a semester in Cortona, Italy and it was the best three months of my life! I would recommend studying abroad for any artist in need of a change of pace, inspiration, and a desire to learn!

Currently, I'm continuing to do street paintings all over Florida (and hopefully nationally soon enough), painting, sketching, and playing.
