I was reading the legal page and it was unclear to me about the status of the intellectual property I show on here. I'm writing a manuscript for a small booklet that will contain this poetry. And I intend on self-publishing it. I was worried that someone might steal it and publish it before me. But I doubt that will happen... But I wouldn't mind understanding the legal status of my poetry when I post it on here.

Well i found the damn area that talks about legal stuff. When you submit a deviation, at the bottom of that page there is a section called creative commons then a button and then (optional)
I haven't really read through it yet, but I intend to in a few. Evidentially it is options of what sort of license your piece is used for? Meh, gotta read it.

I was thinking about just collecting all of my pieces on here and just going to one of the many printing and distribution places here in philly and just getting it all in print and copyrighted....gotta get monies first....

Sounds like you have more of an idea of what to do with your poetry then I do atm. All I have is the idea for a manuscript, I haven't even started it yet. But its a strong idea!
