Heh, so guess what, I've moved to courtenay now. I'm actually moveing into Comox next weekend. But Mt Washington? Yeah, I'm working up there! Full time Snowboard Instructor! I'm so incredably stoked!

Hey!

Thanks for your input on the macro piece - glad you stopped by and took the time out. At first I couldn't remember what lense I took it with - thought it was the digital until I realized it's the scan of a print. I'm losing it

I used an old fixed focal length 55mm lense, with an adapter tube to reduce the focal distance - really cheap way to get a macro effect!

thank you much for the critique on my wildflower heaven picture. i guess you meant that the sky was a bit bleached - in which yes it was, but thats due to me using a crappy digital. im getting a really damn nice one here soon so the skies wont be homo anymore . As for the blur - I wanted a nice inset picture with a blurred framing to draw you into the pic. You werent supposed to look at that....because it was blurred

Yeah, litter sucks. I hate seeing it everywhere I go, but at the same time...it's so beautiful. I guess it's like capturing some great evil, and you find it both beautiful and disgusting at the same time. LIke dead animals, or maybe that's just me...
