and well, i have no controll over the hair of the wig XD it does whatever it wants, and i just give my best, but only after a few minutes of wearing it the hair flows around as if it never saw hairspray and a hairdryer before q.q nevertheless, i have to change some things here ._.
also, the foto was just taken on another day of the same convention, the improvement you see must have to do with my condition or something like that XD thank you anyway <3

i hope you will also like the new costume, i will finish it in july x3

i have to admit i just wandered the cities till now XD got to move on the the mountains though i have to say, i never heard about a swiss convention, neither for anime/manga, nor for games or something like that. also i found nothing on the internet about that... i continue attending german conventions like the gamescom in august and the connichi in september.

well it was pretty hard to find out how i could make the ponytails float <.< everyone in the forum of cosplay.com told me that would be impossible, even experienced wig-crafter said so. <.<
i was very disappointed at first, but then i found a way on my own to create my wig x3

oh and good luck on lulu - though i have to admit i cannot imagine you as a yordle XD dont want to think about the wig - that long hair will be tangled from the first minute XD hope you can get it right nevertheless as a tipp: i bought the book "world of wigcraft" by katie bair. its my bible from now on and its just worth it because of the tipps for wigcare. but also it explains almost everything you can do with wigs!
i would really like to get updates on your costume *support buddy high five* XD

I think your ponytails look good and they kind of make your cosplay unbeatable.
(Since they ARE floating, the other cosplays aren't as accurate)

I'm not using a wig that goes until my feet though, just a bit shorter.
But wig caring is one of the things I'm best at, thanks to a friend.
We used to hang out and comb and style wigs forever! hahaa

I think it's going to be hard looking as a yordle, since they're really small while I'm 1.75 ..
One could say I'm too tall but ah well. I'm not going to give up Lulu for that.

I'll upload some progress, but I'm going on a holiday tomorrow for a week so it'll take a while until I get started~

I still play LoL, the haters get less as you reach higher levels.
(Also due queue really helps, if you want to we can queue some time together. I just added you. ^^)

i also searched for conventions in switzerland, but the ones i found were just so small and so far away from my living place that for me it wasn't worth visiting at that moment. but if you'd say you go there, maybe i'd come too also i'm looking forward to meet you at the gamescom i heard there will be a cosplay-competition at the riot-booth

im really curious what your lulu will look like (i have to admit, i cannot imagine it <.< but i guess a good concept and design can make also a tall lulu look like a original

i just made it to lvl 15 till now, i have to admit that XD everytime i am starting again, i just play a few days, and then i get annoyed of the mean kiddies XD
but im watching my bf play almost everyday, so im perfectly informed about all patches and so on. i call me active passive-player XD before we play together i have to practice

Ah, well the problem is I only go to Switzerland during holidays, and there aren't any conventions during that period.

Even though I've never competed before, it sounds like fun to hang out with all the other cosplayers.

Hahah I'm nowhere near being an expert at all, this will be about the third cosplay I've ever made..
I'm still working on the design since that was all I can do, but I don't really want to edit too much.
I've made silly plans though of creating a Pix I can stick onto people's shoulders etc.

Sometimes I quit as well because of those ragekids, but whenever I queue with my boyfriend it's never that bad.
(However, he's way better than I am, so I get matched up against the best players mid and I don't have a chance.. )
I'm not good at all either, almost level 22 now, so you don't have to worry!

well, whenever there is a convention in switzerland, it will be definitly small XD and most people attending are much younger than i am, and i fear i may look like a grandma there XD (or at least feel like one, as no one has the same talking-topics like me - besides cosplay. i havn't watched animes or read mangaa for a while, so i'm completly not up to date XD)

i just heard about the competition from the organisators, it's not mentioned somewhere on the internet till now i guess.. so it's just a rumour, but nevertheless i want to enter also let's be fair opponents

well, i'm doing cosplay for nearly 8 years now, but i have only few costumes that still exist (quality, fitting, some just broke during wearing etc etc...)
now i am at a lvl where i'm still proud of my costumes i made 2 years ago, so thats not bad for my standarts XD
but in all this years i never used a wig, as i always did costumes fitting to my hair xD
so i made 3-4 wigs till now - not many either XD

but the idea with the pix is really a good idea, maybe you can involve that on stage at the competition ;D

i just started playing again yesterday.. not as successful as i hoped, i always start as a newbee again XD (and i just played against bots cause i'm afraid of a real opponent team q.q)

well well, it's not much time left till gamescom 2012, whats the status of you costume?

I am in Switzerland now! ^_^
We've been in Graubunden for a week and we're now in Wallis.
It's been pretty fun so far.

When I get home in a week I'll have my contacts and try out my make up, contacts and wig :3
The cosplay is coming together nicely so far but the hat will be a challenge for me.
