I had a great one... even though the rest of my family ate my cake.  :/  They couldn't wait the couple of days when I had the chance to sit down...

And yes, I think it's awesome!

I've been thinking of doing a redesign as well.  Right now, I'm going with a stock "Eggrobo" look, like what you made for me a while back.  However, I've also been playing the Megaman Zero and ZX games a lot lately and I've been a little inspired by the series, so I might add in a more organic look for Eggrobo 2.0.  I'm thinking something that will blend the mechanical look with a humanoid body.  I'll probably do it in phases in a sprite comic or something.  That's the nice thing about being a robot: you can upgrade in phases... unless you have some silly write-once programming that makes mass-production impossible... or a flaw in your data port.

Now that summer has come, I need to actually work on making sprite comics now!

I'm just trying to muddle through college. Maybe do some more Jedi Academy mapping over the christmas break. I even (finally) found a usable open-source map with a castle feel about it.

lol, well, I'm not that great of a drawer. It's kind of a concept power suit integrating Samus' damaged power suit of the Chozo, with the indestructible Maintainer's suit of the D'ni. It was part of a fanfiction I was going to write, but was put aside for the time being. (Kind of hard to stitch together a story coupling the last of the D'ni people, capable of utilizing the Art of writing Ages, with Samus, the adopted hatchling of the Chozo.).

Maybe if I upload it, I might finally get the motivation to finish that story.

Um, no, actually. It was a kind of design I made as part of a really old fanfic (my first one, actually). At some point, I should update/upgrade it to my new standard (character focus, details, at least 3k words per chapter).

Actually, that "other" idea involved a certain... robot being stuck with a bunch of stupid females prancing around in garish outfits, trying to stop some bigheaded, egotistical villain (The machine's opinion, not mine.).

Unfortunately, the idea of a robot prancing around in a girl's outfit won't leave my mind... I need mind bleach! STAT!
