no matter how good i get i think i'll always respond to people who are nice to me (given i can appropriate a response, i don't think "asdfghjkl; god golly gawrsh oh u <333" qualifies as an actual response)

i wasn't always as good as i am and can only hope to get better. i always felt pretty let down when people i looked up to never cared that i did, i mean that's what pushes me to try harder and i absolutely feel so happy people appreciate what i can do. art is all i have

when i say thankyou i absolutely mean it from the bottom of my heart. i understand sometimes it's hard to convey it over text though

I just can't believe how nice one person can be? well yeah, you're also in my friends list. i only put people in it who are okay with being my friend UvU

i used to almost upload daily if i could, then it went closer to 3 or 5 times a week, then a month, now it's been 4 months since i uploaded anything (aside from two pictures i took with my phone, but they're in terrible quality)

at this rate i'll have a whole sketchbook filled ready to upload whenever i get my art computer up and running again

hopefully by next month ; 7 ;

you should only draw when you feel like it, and don't force yourself to draw in a style you're not used to. a style is how your art develops, don't force it to change or else you'll only end up hating drawing at all

i've been like that before, it was terrible. i didn't draw for weeks

my computer works, i just have no place to put it. i'm uh... i'm kind of technically homeless at the moment. i'm staying at my grandma's until we get a place, i mean we found one finally, but we can't move in until like next month

ah i've been usin it for years so it's a common phrase for me haha

yes, make art something you really enjoy. i mean definately challenge yourself, but make sure it's something you want to do

and my parents split and we struggled with finances so decided to move up north because we were promised cheaper housing only it didn't work out at all, so instead of staying at our grandparents for a couple weeks we ended up staying here for months looking for a place to accept us

my dad ruined my mom's credit though so it's near impossible to find a decent place, not to mention her low paying job and she's also going to school

but we found a place, it's nice and i like it and they don't care about our credit and it just happens to be in our budget, so it's not all that bad

I DID!!! I finished a picture today (for my friends b-day) And I'll be uploading it 4 days XD I think it turned out great! You really helped XD After I got off of DA I started working on the picture and I was just so motivated and everything YUSH lol
