They belong to a creator who has them with a similar antagonist, The Operator.
Also, as many Creepypasta storys are rather vague or simply have a few character traits listed for a person's personality, interpretations may vary greatly. I've decided to at least attempt at portraying Tobias Erin Rogers, aka, Ticci-Toby. He, by far, has one of the most detailed stories I've seen - or at least, it has great impact. It was evening in the woods, the sunset turning the sky beautiful colors. The only sound that could be heard was the woodland animals, the wind and footsteps. The footsteps came from an auburn haired young man who was walking along a path. He had his hair tied back into a loose ponytail and he wore a face mask that covered his mouth. He stopped in the middle of the path, closing his eyes and listened to the wind rustle through the trees.

Being blunt, my grandparents let me sip something that was alcoholic and tasted like fennel and licorice, so I'm not doing too great, either - It was strong, and I'm years under the drinking age.

The small vibrantly colored boy walking along in the dark with a long black coat to protect him from the cold, even if he was treating himself to a cold dessert, a small ice cream cone as he strolled. He didn't seem to be paying attention as he turned a corner and bumped into the darkly attired male, yelping as his ice cream hit his own jacket before he backed away with a whine as he examined the mess on his dark jacket. "Aw... that's never gonna come out!" he sighed before looking up at the other, almost jumping at the site, "S-sorry about that..."

The soft, childish sweet voice echoed through the alleyway, reverberating off the walls and causing a haunting echo sound to follow each word. It came from a young woman, or at least one who appeared to be quite young, the sing-song voice coming out past crimson red painted lips that stood in stark contrast to her ghostly pale complexion. She almost looked more like an apparition than a living human, her appearance odd and peculiar. Her pale blue eyes were lined with black, smudged and yet somehow looking well doing and intentional. Her hair was multicolored, a platinum blond almost as pale as her skin, split into two ponytails with faded dyed tips of pink and blue. However at the roots the color was different, with midnight black and rose red strands beginning to come into view. As if that in of itself wasn't bizarre enough on its own, her outfit looked almost more like it belonged in a boudoir photoset than on a woman skipping through the empty streets at night, her figure fitting snuggly into a tight laced up corset and her rear barely covered by her bi-colored shorts. It was topped off with thigh-hight socks and laced up boots, the entire outfit in an alternating red and black color palette. But what really seemed to pull it all together was the dark, crazed smile on her face paired with the bloodied oversized mallet swinging by her side, the hammer of it at least twice, if not triple, the size of her head.

The clownette turned the corner, eerily cheerful as she spotted a gentleman before her, letting out a giggle as she stepped right out of the way just as she felt a sudden rush of wind past her face. She turned her head ever so slightly to see what it was she had just barely dodged, seeing a worn hatchet embedded into the wooden board behind before her empty gaze flickered back to the source.
