today this guy came in and asked to listen to the decemberists, the tain on the listening station, so I put it in and asked him to tell me if it was good because I had been interested in hearing them for a while. so after a bit he came over and asked if there was something wrong with the cd because it wouldn't skip songs, just kind of pause for a second when you hit next. so I checked it out, and eventually realized that it was all on one track and that was the problem. I also realized that it was AMAZING. so I kind of played it up to be "perhapse" something wrong, or maybe just how they made it, because there was only one copy in the store. So he said he would think about getting it, and started listening to a bunch of other cds, so I was recommending everything I could to try and find something else he would like, so he wouldn't get that cd. and he was in there for at least an hour checking around, while I was going INSANE. but finally he got this other cd, and I was like whew!
that's my story about getting a cd today, I thought I would tell you because I was excited and I love you!
