I've been extremely backed up with everything going on. Just had another surgery last week, got diagnosed with sciatica, and have some other diagnosis' pending. Gotta get MRI's this week too. It's just been one thing after the other. Whenever this is cleared I'll be mailing everyone's stuff out. I can't even go to work so right now they just have me on meds and tossing and turning from pain

Hot damn, that does not sound pleasant. Though I don't know what sciatica really is, I've heard of it and not pleasant things. Everything will calm down eventually though. I just hope you aren't stuck in a hospital, that's torture...but at least you got the meds?

I have meds but they're already down to maybe a day or two more and they don't wanna give me more since they're extremely addictive. Sciatic sucks!!! Lol, it's a constant pulling and sharp pain from about the back of the knee to the mid of the back. They rescheduled my MRI's today since it's a new doctor for me so my sciatica appointment isn't until November now...arghhh and they refuse to give me anything for that. I've told them for months about this and I coulda had something done but they say on their hands...sorry it just makes me angry that I'm dealing with all of this. I just can't catch a break

I know that feeling, just not the sciatica. It does sound pretty horrible though, I feel for you there. If they know you are in pain and need meds and that your appt isn't until a month later, why can't they prescribe a painkiller less addictive? They do exist and work just as well as the higher level ones. Both my brother and I got them after eventful hospital visits. Not only that but if they knew about it for months then isn't that some kind of violation of the rules? Like cops, they have to check any complaints they are given (unless that's just the hospitals around here). What would it be, negligence? It's making me angry thinking about it.

Since then they FINALLY gave me something...which doesn't really help in the least and they won't give me anything higher...so back to square one. YEY! This whole situation has been aggravating me! I can't sleep with the pain and now I have physical therapy 2-3 times a week. It's just setting me back further and further. I just want this to be over now! I can't even draw! I can't sit straight up, can't lean over to draw, heck I can't even lie on my back and all night I'm jolted awake. I am sooo far behind on EVERYTHING right now and not even just the commissions. Because of all of this I had to go on medical leave from work...which I'm not receiving payment for. It's REALLY messing up a lot and they're taking their sweet ass time...

I understand that. I went in a few days ago for a hole in my jaw they think is cancer and ended up getting a concussion in the hospital, had to wait two hours for treatment, and I still don't know if I have fucking cancer. Add to that a concussion and a fractured cheeckbone, and still nothing for the pain :/ ain't as bad as your situation, but I sympathise.

All I can really do is agree that life suvks for you right now. Medical anything is a pain in the ass to go through...

Finger's are crossed that ya don't! I have soo much it's just ridiculous at this point. The sciatica, constant surgeries (my foot is all scarred up like I pissed off Freddy Krueger lol) herniated disc, an in January we will be doing surgery on the right leg. Between that and the idiots at the docs I'm having to deal with...they ACTUALLY called me and said my cholesterol was too LOW! LOW!? How in the...it was something I cracked up about for awhile. I still got physical therapy for next few weeks/until the end of the year perhaps and can't feel the left side of my left foot. On top of feeling the pins move when I try and move fast which is a demon in itself...arghhh nothing has been going right for me. This has set me back SOOOO far. I'm glad you're there to listen to the ramblings lol

How the ever loving frickle frack is cholesterol too low? Sorry, I understand a lot of things are going down but that nearly made me die laughing. Also, how are you supposed to do phys.T if the pins in your leg/foot keep shifting? All that does is makes the problem worse...

Yea the cholesterol thing I literally cried laughing it was sooo funny. I kept saying you sure? They just kept saying yea, it's too LOW. I dunno why they want me to do the PT...it's asinine but whatev...I'm doing whatever I can and if it's too much I'll let em know. I'm just taking it one day at a time and as hard as it is, I'm trying to look on the bright side. I mean I haven't even been able to draw like I normally would! Arghh

Sorry, I grew up around cardiologists and cardiac specialists and I have never heard that phrase uttered in my life. I just couldn't help laughing.
There's a silver lining in everything I suppose...sometimes it's just reaaaally dark silver that blends in with the clouds :/

Yea if it were a hobby then whatever but as a job...it's literally crippling. I'm hoping the injection helps! That's the last resort before surgery and I REALLY don't want that
