I saw you were a graphic designer, and being that i am a freshman in college working towards becoming one myself- I am curious if you went to college for a degree or were you self-taught? If you went to college, was it the typical 4 years? Should there be programs I will need that I should expect to have? Ahh im so intrigued aha ;-;

Hi! I got a Bachelor's degree from a 4 year program from a liberal arts school. Bachelor's is typically expected for graphic design positions, though I have seen some listings that accept fewer years in school or even self taught if your experience and portfolio are good. I'd highly suggest getting a degree at a place with a good design program, though, as it's difficult to teach yourself (it can be a harsh field and having someone to prepare you for that, and classmates to get critique and feedback from, is really helpful).

No worries!
You will get a notification under the "Mentions" section (it shows up below Replies and Activity Notifications), and happens whenever someone "tags" or "mentions" you - like this: Finduin
You are not allowed to upload the tokota to your personal gallery, but you are welcome to add it to your favorites (lots of people create a favorites folder "My Tokotas" or similar).
You are encouraged to make a journal to track the tokota's HP, breeding slots, etc. - if you wanted to create a journal with an image or link to your tokota in it, you simply copy and paste the tokota's link (once uploaded to TotemSpirit ) into the journal and deviantart automatically provides a thumbnail image.
This also works for comments, etc. Here is an example of what it would look like, using my tokota as an example:

Nope, your tokota will be uploaded within a couple days typically, and you should get a tag notification when it is uploaded.
If you do not, you can always search TotemSpirit 's gallery to see if your tokota was uploaded c:

Hey, so, I wish I had said this earlier, but I was worried you would think I was being too picky. The one and only element of the design you did for my Tokota that I'm not happy with is the nails. I asked for them to be gray, which they are, but I was not expecting you to make them shiny. I wanted them to be plain and dull. To me the shine highlights on them seem to make my Tokota's nails look less realistic. They are also a paler gray than I like; I wanted them to be a slate gray. Is there any way you could remove the shine highlights from her nails and darken the color for me? Or do I have to save up TT for a Make-Over Token now that we've gotten so far through the process? And if so, would you be willing to remove the shine highlights from the nails and darken them for me once I've saved up enough for a token, since I don't know how to use Gimp? Thank you so much again, and I hope I'm not bothering you with all of my questions.

As the tokota is already uploaded, you would have to either do a make-over token, or wait until the next hierarchy update (as I believe you can change slight things like flesh/claws so long as you keep them the same color)

Hi, Crae! I need some help, please, with Tokotas. What is a psd file? And what is a/the sta.sh file? And how do I find a/the sta.sh file and post a comment to it? I have finally gotten around to filling out the Import Information Template for the Tokota you so beautifully designed for me last June. But I'm a total Tokota noob and need very detailed, step-by-step instructions on how to finish getting her officially registered. Thank you so much for all you do! ^^
