I was billed for a year long core membership over three months ago and it was never applied to my account. i opened a ticket with you April 27th and the problem is still not solved. I haven't heard back since June 1st despite requesting an update. Can you please get this figured out? I understand you are busy but it's been over three months now and I still don't have a year long core membership applied to my account despite being billed for it back in April.

My credit card has been banned from dA and so am i from shopping. I didn't mean to. :I I just bought core for Lopalu and dA wouldn't send the core. i tried again. I even reset the internet to make sure it wasn't that. Then I got banned from buying things.. :I Please help me..

So I guess dA is just going to let my ticket sit until the unauthorized yearly billing for Core goes through and take $50 from me even though I contacted you less than an hour after I noticed and filed a report. You got back to me less than three hours later asking for more info, I sent in more info same day and now its been days since last contact even though you've been on? I don't get it. I gave you what you asked for and you are ignoring me. Why is that?

Call your credit card company and have them dispute the charge. That's what I did and I won. But they (DA) still seem to be playing games.
I let my core expire. Not five minutes after that they asked me to stop using adblocker, which I did. Then I got a pop up pushing an extension. I wanted to see what they were offering, so I clicked it. Instead of presenting terms, it simply disappeared. That's when I realized I had been taken for a ride. I contacted this mook within minutes and he assured me everything was fine. LOL. Liar. It's been three weeks and DA has not yet acknowledged the problem.
I'm telling you - get your credit card company involved. Go on record with them.

Though the payment is still pending I don't trust that dA will do the right thing anymore.

Trust? Take action. It's very easy. Your card statement has a number you can call to dispute charges with a vendor. Just call them and explain the situation. They'll do the rest. If you forward all your e-mails with the Help desk it will speed things along. Good luck!

You know, DA just changed hands, so that may have something to do with it. I don't know if it's that they have changed policy, or if there is some interruption of service due to reshuffling personnel. In any event, it does seem as though they are trying to trick people into memberships with pop-ups and rollovers (automatic billing), and different formats for purchasing membership that take one by surprise - what I would call sharp practices that are predatory if not necessarily illegal. And then not following up, making you wonder what's going on, if the complaint has been heard, let alone resolved . . . it's not good. Unless they prove otherwise by a show of good faith, I'll assume it's deliberate and take action to protect myself. I encourage you to do the same.

Well I highly doubt they're ignoring you, considering this site is run with millions of users it's incredibly likely they have masses of other tickets from user issues as well. Though I would like to point out that I'm pretty positive that core membership purchases (even through rebeiling) can be cancelled within 24 hours of receiving it as well.

I know, it's just really frustrating that I've been stressing over this and no one is getting back to me to cancel my transaction that is still 'processing'
Even if they don't get back to on my ticket if they could just cancel that one transaction I'd call it good and solved.

You may be right. But, not likely, since DA tried billing me for extending a core membership that I let expire. I had to get my credit card company to dispute the charge. They did and I won. But DA has yet to correct the situation. That is, they're still crediting me with a core membership, yet won't explain why. So looks to me like they're just going to wait a year and try billing me again at the tail end.
Charles was supposed to have straightened things out, but he didn't. He made them worse. I don't know if it is by accident or design. Time will tell.

I don't understand? I have been selling bases and linearts lately and deviants have bought my content without a problem. Why was one of those payments voided? Can someone tell me if I am doing something wrong? or should I stop selling bases and linearts?
I have contacted the user who bought my base and they confirm to me that they got the base but my payment was voided, isn't that unfair? :S

Yes, I was banned from the Shop for buying Premium Memberships for a lot of my friends.
And it wasn't because of having declined purchases. No explanation.

That's what my response said too. It is wrong, and dA has marked my ticket "Resolved" which it is NOT!
I've paid too much $$$ to dA on membership to let this slide, and I have no intention of filling out new Help Desk tickets! 😡

Nope! In fact, I just tried to give a Cake Badge to a friend for her birthday, and the dA system won't let me because it says I'm "Banned from Shop." Guess what? I have 2,000+ Points in my account (already paid) and dA won't let me use those either! Grrrr!
